YOU BETTER WATCH OUT
When he walked in the door our audiology assistant Jennifer said our newest patient looks like Santa. Turns out, he is Santa! Dr. Ericka DeVore had a tall order when the jolly one was not hearing so well with his old hearing aids anymore. Santa is expected to hear the soft voices of small children while festive music thumps in the background. Not to mention those elves with their squeaky voices!
She recommended he try the latest technology that performs better in noise and connects with his iPhone. It is also rechargeable, as batteries can be hard to come by up in the North Pole.
I’M TELLING YOU WHY
This new computer chip scans the sound environment more than 100 times
per second, rapidly and precisely attenuating distracting noise, even between
individual words, making distinct speech stand out clearly. Santa says “these news aids are a huge help in hearing those soft little voices!”
SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN
